Support at a click, with our e-learning library
Our Specialist Mentors have curated a library of online modules that are full of practical guidance, making support readily available to you, your employees or apprentices.
Accessible support exactly when it’s needed
Our e-learning modules are designed to raise awareness, guide people on how and why different techniques are helpful and how to use them in work, learning and everyday situations.
Clear guidance
We are more likely to use advice when we understand the how and why. Our e-learning modules explain the reasoning behind the experience, challenge and solution, with step-by-step guidance on what could make a difference.
Repeat as needed
An online library means guidance is always there when we need it, no matter the day or time. The e-learning modules can be revisited to recap or refresh our memory, helping to maintain consistency and build new habits.
Advice we can relate to
We need real-life scenarios we can identify with, to be able to apply advice to our own experiences and challenges. The modules give real examples that help us move from awareness to action.
Practical topics to support study, work and wellbeing
Over 20 modules that support:
Study skills to support reading and writing
Breaking down and planning assignments or projects to provide clarity and focus.
Organisation and time management
Prioritising, starting tasks, meeting deadlines and managing competing demands.
Communication and confidence
Self-advocacy, clear communication, asking for help and participating more confidently.
Improving memory and recall
Remembering instructions, retaining information and using note-taking or memory aids effectively.
Building maths resilience
Reducing anxiety around maths, building confidence and using practical problem-solving techniques
Wellbeing and emotional regulation
Recognising overwhelm and building steadier responses to pressure, change and uncertainty.
Skills for the workplace
Applying planning, communication and self-management techniques for learning and work environments.
Accessible and interactive
The e-learning modules are designed to be useful and practised, for long-term impact, rather than read once and forgotten.

Use with or without support from our team of Mentors
Some of us prefer to read and process information independently and some of us prefer one-to-one human support to talk us through what is shown on a page.
Human support
- A Mentor provides guidance on navigating the e-learning library
- They recommend modules based on the challenges you express, which you can work through together
- Ongoing sessions with a Mentor provide opportunity to practise and check back in, providing momentum, motivation and progress
Independent learning
- The modules can be used to support other training programmes
- Helpful for apprentices, employees and support staff who need self-paced guidance
- Provides accessible support between one-to-one reviews and conversations
Questions?
Read some of our frequently asked questions below or send us an email.
What subjects do the modules cover?
The library covers practical topics across study, writing, organisation, time management, communication, confidence, memory, note-taking, maths resilience, wellbeing, emotional regulation and workplace skills.
Are the modules standalone or used alongside mentoring?
They can be used either way, but their strongest role is usually alongside one-to-one support. A Learning or Wellbeing Mentor introduces the topic and you can then work through the module independently. Reflections and results can then be discussed in the next session.
What makes them interactive?
The modules are built around prompts, exercises, reflection and practical application. The point is not just to read something once, but to turn it into an action you can try.
Is there limited access to the modules?
No. They are designed to be self-paced, clear and easy to revisit, which is especially useful for people who need more structure, explicit explanation and the ability to process information in their own time. There is only a fee for each month the modules are accessed but they can be accessed as many times within that month.
Who can access them?
The modules can support those already receiving mentoring, and they can be used where organisations want apprentices or staff to have access to support when time for one-to-one check-ins are limited.
Can progress be tracked or followed up?
Yes. E-learning activity can be monitored, with consent, to inform follow-up conversations or help Mentors and support staff see what topics have been engaged, completed or may need revisiting.
